I cut down on the number of them falling though!

Try this, in your snow script find (near the top)

// Configure how much snow should drop down before fading ("windowheight" or "pageheight")
var snowdistance = "windowheight";

and use windowheight instead of pageheight. Looks a little better that way I think.
