Default Extra shipping charge appearing on Paypal login page

    Hi,

I have a cart set up for a client and we are all good to go except that I cannot get the right shipping values to appear on Paypal (using IPN). No matter what value the order is, Paypal always displays an additional £1.50 when we arrive at Paypal's login page.

The correct postage is calculated in Zen, and the value shown in Paypal is the correct order value including Zen postage. But beneath that is always £1.50 as an additional postage charge.

We are using Zones based shipping, all other shipping modules have been removed. The Zones Shipping settings are:

    Code:

    Enable Zones Method

Hopefully it's something really simple that I have simply missed and somebody can identify it from the details above?

Alternatively, might there be a setting in the client's Paypal account adding this value in?

    Many Thanks

Yes, that's likely the problem. Go to your PayPal account and turn off all shipping calculations.

Thanks! Despite their protestations to the contrary, it turned out that they did in fact have that charge in Paypal! It's now sorted.
