Can you also check what the resulting email looks like if sent to different email clients (e.g. Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird) and whether web-based (e.g. Yahoo or Gmail) email readers vs non-web based email readers make a difference?

Dr. Byte, I have made sure to use the " " but still nothing.
Canopy, I have tested what the emails look like in Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail. Honestly, it looks horrible in Hotmail. The logo doesn't show up and none of the formatting is correct. Gmail and Yahoo are okay, except for the fact that Zen Cart doesn't add the line breaks I'm looking for. It also looks okay in Outlook of course for the line breaks. This issue has been really annoying!
If you turn on email archiving, do the line-breaks show up in the archives?
Are you only complaining about line-breaks missing around the "sincerely" line? or in the ENTIRE email?

I am not seeing them in the archives either Dr. Byte.
I am trying to get the line breaks with Sincerely and with the bullet points.
I'm still not clear on this. I know you're saying you're not getting line-breaks around Sincerely and bullet points. But, there ARE several other line-breaks as part of the email. Are you getting THOSE? Or is the entire message showing on one line?
It would probably be a whole lot more helpful if you posted what you ARE getting ...
