Admin user access

We are very very busy with orders at the moment but at the moment I am the only one with admin access to pull off orders.With another site now launched www.blushdance.co.uk and my bricks and mortar shop I need to be able to give access to my assistant so she can pull orders off, and we can them packed and speed things up.
It also means she can deal with telephone queries without having to pass them all over to me.All she needs is viewing access to the admin panel, is this possible?

I suggest you go with Admin Profiles. You can restrict the access to bits of the admin you don't want your assistant messing with.

I use it on the Holzheimer's site in my sig. I have full access to the admin. The site owner has limited access so she can pull orders and print packing slips.
