    google checkout thread: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=47318

I'm not sure I understand your second question. Look into Easy Populate in the Free Software Add Ons section.

There are TWO fundamental parts to zencart:

    1. The SOFTWARE that makes it function

    2. The DATABASE where all the data is stored.

The SOFTWARE includes all the template files, php files, css files. etc. - ie: all the components that reside in folders on your server.

The DATABASE also resides on your server, but is sophisticated arrangement of all the information your site uses - such as product descriptions, customer details, website settings, etc.

You do not FTP products to the server - you need to ADD them to the DATABASE.

The standard way of doing this is to add them - one-by-one - through the ADMIN console.

There are software modules such as EASY POPULATE that can IMPORT your product data from a Tab-Delimited TXT file (spreadsheet).
