On my store, when a customer places an Order and pays with Paypal the order is not recorded on the 'Customers -> Orders" screen. On the other hand, when a Customer places an Order and pays with a Money Order this Order is displayed on the 'Customer -> Orders" screen.
What can I do so that All orders are displayed in this screen?

Those are classic symptoms of the PayPal server being unable to talk to your server in order to store the order.

Thanks for your Response DrByte, I reviewed all the steps posted and all were confirmed. In addition I called GoDaddy to confirm that both Ports are Open and are BiDirectional. And still having the same problem.
Any other ideas? Thanks for your help.
