It is getting quotes but is incredibly slow. It might as well be timing out. Horrible user experience.
I might as well keep Flat Rate or UPS active because no one is going to be that patient.

same problem here. it was working better this AM, but now has turned into customer quicksand.

I am not seeing this... if I use the shipping estimator it comes up with all quotes, UPS and USPS, just fine.

I am still able to get quotes through the shipping estimator. Last night I wasn't.

wow - totally down again at 8 PM EST. click and ship at usps.com has been down for 48 hours and shippingapis.com has worked for about 4 hours in 48 hours...
so frustrating...
