My client charges sales tax to all Florida retail customers, but only to some of his Florida wholesale customers.

The way he wants to handle wholesale customers is with a coupon code that they can enter to give them a discount. He is now asking for me to add an option for the wholesale customers only to choose to pay tax or not.

How in the world am I going to pull that off?
