Topic/Category Header in Category Box

I need a 'Header' inside and in between the categories in the Category box which isn't a LINK!

Something like this:

Football
>Brett Favre
>Tom Brady

"Football" is not a link to a Category

I know it must be somewhere but I couldn't find any in the search results..

Yep, categories dressing is the way to go...I did this some time back and it works great.
