I am just about to install my second shop on my sever.
I am afraid to hit the install button because of this warning.
Ready to Install? (This will wipe any existing data. You are NOT in Upgrade mode!!!)
Do I need to worry.
My 1st shop is V1.36 www.mydomain/1st PHP Version: MySQL v4
My second shop is V1.38www.mydomain/secondshop PHP Version: MySQL v5
Does the zc install know not to mess with my database to my first shop?

You can install several shops on the same domain - just do so making sure that:
1. Each shop is in its OWN sub-directory.
2. Each shop has its OWN unique database.
