Downloadable & Shipping

Don't know if this is possible but what I'm trying to setup is a product that has an option to be downloadable or shipped.
Basically what i want is if you choose shipping it adds a flat rate shipping cost. If you choose downloadable it gives you the download option upon completion of the order. Is this possible, and if so how would i go about setting it up.
