Product Showing Twice?

At the very bottom, the last two products are the same product.. Same ID and everything.. Why might they be showing up twice?

What happens if you switch to the Classic Template?

Does it display differently?

If you go to your phpMyAdmin, and search for products table for products_id 462 how many records do you get?

If you go to your phpMyAdmin, and search for products_description table for products_id 462 how many records do you get?

If you go to your phpMyAdmin, and search for products_to_categories table for products_id 462 how many records do you get? If more than one, are they the same categories_id on each?
