Changing Email Welcome Message

I have had my Zen Cart for a few years now. I originally set up an email message that would be sent any new customers who registered. This email message needs to be changed and for the life of me I can not find the file that I created originally, I have looked in every folder I can imagine and I am not getting anywhere. I have the e-start manual and have tried to follow the vague instructions included in it, but this file is elusive. I have search every word and phrase that I have used in the message but even in the developers file search area nothing comes up with any of the information contained in the message, its like it doesn't exist within the Zen files but still some how gets sent out with each new registration.

If any one can offer me some help with this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance .
