Can I make my payment module only available for special customers?

I have 2 questions regarding a special customer group.

I know it's possible to give them a discount on the whole bill.

But is it possible once logged in, to show all the prices for example with a 5% discount?

2nd question.
Is it possible to have for the special customer group a special payment type? Special customers van put the orders on the tap/bill.

Is it possible to have a special payment module for 1 group of users?

So it's not selectable of hidden for normal users.

I don't see the settings for this.
