Customer passwords

Is there any way I can get hold of customer passwords without delving into the database ? Just so I can run some checks. I don't need anything sophisticated. Thanks

Passwords are all "hashed" in the DB so are not readable.

What checks are you seeking?

Well, I wanted to log in as a customer in order to see what the customer sees and also to check on any translation issues (my site is in French). It looks like I'll have to place a bogus order in order to proceed. Thanks anyway.

Yes, it works with 1.3.8.

I haven't used the other mod you mentioned. Give it a try, if the Master Password mod doesn't do what you need.

Yes, it works with 1.3.8.

It may work but I see its "password_funcs.php" file replaces the version that comes with zc1.3.8a and its version is now 4 years old.

For what you stated the Encrypted Master pass module does not have the file date issue
