add to Contact Us form

Downloaded the add-ons for Captcha and Contact Us Subject that were given. Have the read me files printed out for them.

How do I do the Captcha ? Says All changes of a code are made in brackets
// BOF CAPTCHA
... code ...
// EOF CAPTCHA

and would only need to change this: iincludes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_contact_us_default.php if not mistaken to add only to the contact page. What would the exact way be?

Also on the Add Subject just says override and that is it. Also how would I add the subjects for the form?

New at this so any detailed help is great!

Ok got the Subject line added and thanks Tina for the info on the CAPTCHA. With the SQL files I know to do the Install but what about the update_2_!, update_2_2 and the update_2_3 files? Add those as well?
