Shipping Modules??

Hi guys, hoping someone can help me out with my shipping modules.

Im from Australia and I want to setup my Shipping so anywhere in Australia is

$15 for up to 3 items.
$25 for 3 to 6 items.

Also I want to be able to ship oversea's with a flat rate for all countries other then Australia.

$30 for up to 3 items.
$50 for 3 to 6 items.

Hope someone can help me out it must be really simple just cant get my head around it and what modules to use. :frusty:

OK I think ill be using STORE PICKUP and ZONE RATES.

I have 2 Zone Definitions. One is called Australia with just the country Australia in it, the other is called not Australia and has all countries except Australia.

Then in the shipping modules I have Store Pickup and Zone Rates installed.

My Settings for zone rates looks like this.

Skip Countries, use a comma separated list of the two character ISO country codes

Now this works fine but if you buy more then 10 items it will say

The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time

Expand the definitions on what should happen for more than 10 using something like:
1000:55.00

on the end ...
