How do I change the wording at the bottom?

I want to add some copyrite stuff at the bottom of my shopping cart page.. Can anyone help?
I want something that says:

Copyright © 2008 Andrea Nelson | : | Ecommerce by AndreaNelsonDesigns

In includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE/english.php, look for

Code:

define('FOOTER_TEXT_BODY', 'Copyright &copy; ' . date('Y') . ' <a href="http://www.zen-cart.com" target="_blank">Zen Cart</a>. Powered by <a href="http://www.zen-cart.com" target="_blank">Zen Cart</a>');

and edit as necessary. Just remember that to qualify for the Zen Cart showcase, you have to leave the "Powered by" portion as is.

That was taken out by the programmer/template creator.
I dont even know what zencart showcase is and how it would benefit me
