Hello Shanon,
I notice something. Can you change Large Envelope to Lettermail_1. Reason for that is. It has the same height as your Lettermail_0.

Thanks Royal,
I have made that change and tried it again. Nope, still 6.54 to ship an envelope.
Thanks!
Shanon
The problem maybe this:
You have to change "Large Envelope" at Canada Post to say maybe"Lettermail_Large"
Remember it has to start with letter mail.
Going by the example you show for your product size its to large for your Lettermail package on the CP server , then it looks for the next size up which says Large Envelope, so it sends as a parcel.
Try that and let us know.
Edited: Opps, just read Royals reply, so my info seems to be the same, sorry.
Shganon,
Canada Post goes by Cubic weight I believe like most couriers.
Try making an Lettermail_2 with smaller sizes, and make your test product smaller.
Right now, going by Cubic weight your product is to large for your envelope.
Hello Shanon,
Your test item measurement:
30.50 cm L x 22.90 cm W x 2 cm H.
Your Lettermail_0:
30.50 cm L x 22.90 cm x 2 cm H
The measurements are the same.
Change your test item to:
28 cm L x 18 cm W x 1 cm H
Great eyesite dal2009.
I hope that works

Thanks for all the help and ideas, but it still doesn't work.
I changed the test product to 28 x 18 x 1 and added a Lettermail_2 with smaller dimensions, but my product still shows up at 6.54 to ship as a parcel.
Maybe I should wipe everything at the sellonline server and start again?
Thanks again!
Shanon
