Watermelon Template Support Thread

Hi Troy, yes there are two includes folders, however one is in admin and the instructions do not say to upload to admin/includes :)

If you upload the files according to the instructions in the zip it will show in the list of templates in admin

I up loaded to both includes and admin/include and see a zip file now how do i get the new template to my zen cart i used cpanel and my zen cart was just installed today. Thank you

I'm not familiar with the Watermelon template itself but I am sure there are instructions within the zip file that you have downloaded.

The template does not need to be uploaded to admin/includes - it is recommended that you remove the zip file from there.

I personally unzip the template files first and then upload the files according to the instructions given.

I've got watermelon installed and I see it in the templates section however when I go click on the preview button it loads a 403 page saying "You do not have permission for this request /zen/includes/templates/images/"

That's because there is no preview image provided with the template. You have to activate the template and then go to your store front to see how it looks :)

You need to unzip it first, then upload the unzipped includes folder to includes, not admin/includes. Once you've done that go to your ZC admin...Tools>>Template Selection, click Edit and choose Watermelon from the drop down, hit Update...then after that you'll have to reset your sideboxes, Tools>>Layout Boxes Controller
