Deleted Products

Im sorry if I have this on the wrong section, however I was wondering if someone could help.

I already have a gut feeling that the answer is no, but worth a try!

This morning I accidentally deleted products off my website , is there anyway I can get these products reinstated without having to go list them all again?

Do you have a database backup?

If you do you can upload the database.

If not, well, um, err.... back to manual entry (you mght want to think about the easy populate module)

Unfortunately I didnt, this is my first website and Im learning as I go along. Only had the website for less than a week.

I am useless with HTML etc, I want to create an 'About Us' page but im scared to go looking around incase I create more mess
