    Default Index page issues

We have been having trouble with our index page. Define text editor does not work, as well as an empty box on top "No products to display".

Even my hosting company can't figure out why we are having issues. We have checked file permissions, reloaded files, read the entire support forum, and done everything imaginable to try to fix it. (I'ts probably one little box we need to check LOL) etc. The only thing we can think is that there is an extra folder somewhere overriding something.

    The url is romanticallyrebecca.com

You should probably ask the template designer.
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

Have you compared the files on your server against the files from a full set install?

Maybe something will show up if you do that.

Yes, and we did find a few misplaced folders, duplicates actually that were in the wrong subfolder.

I couldnt edit the above post. We did find duplicate folders, but that didnt solve the problem. Thats what is leading us to believe there is a rogue file somewhere

You might use the Developer's Tool Kit to serach for #listCell0-0 (those are zeros) to see what file that id is listed in. It isn't in the stylesheet.

We've gone back through file by file, and still cant find a fix. We checked every file pertaining to the index page and its options, compared it to original files, and everything seems to be in order.

You won't find #listCell0-0 with the Developers Toolkit because that id is built dynamically in /includes/modules/your_template/product_listing.php.
