source code PHP missing

I have done a bad bad thing.
I somehow deleted the souce code on one of my categories.

I clicked the edit on my master catagegory listing inside my store. and i cut and pasted what i wanted to place there, in doing this I have deleted the source code.

Now I cannot access the "update" and "cancel" links nor can i scroll up and down my page.


I think I have only 2 options

I could rename my master category..and link all the products to another category.so my products and all the links are visable again..is this the only solution..

the other is start again...

Ans is there a way to change the master category...

or can someone tell me how to get me souce code back! which is what I would prefer...

using v 1.3.7.1
