Urgent help needed-fatal error

I cant figure out this error and I dont know what to do..Im really hoping someone can help me fix this asap..thanks!

This function is located in includes\functions\functions_general.php

Perhaps you are using a template for a newer version, while your zencart is of an older version. Or perhaps you somehow messed up the file above?
