I've been trying to figure this out for over a month now to no avail.

The customer phone number field is totally missing from my create acct page. I purchased the code to do a 1 page check in a few months ago, and within that, I believe was a code that made the tele# field optional (I don't remember now). Anyways, that code gave me a ton of issues so eventually I totally removed it. Since then, the field for the number is just missing completely.

I've searched the forum, and didn't find any issues that were similiar to mine, but I did work backwards from those threads started for people who WANTED to remove the phone number field, and still I can't seem to locate the source of my problem.

Can someone please help me figure this out, it's causing a major headache to not be able to collect a customers phone number for their orders.
