Rename Manufacturers Title

I want to change in the left menu Manufacturers Title.
How can i change this.
Such as: iT will Brand Product instead of of Manufacturers.

I want to do something similar but because I dont use the Manufacturers SideBox at all - just the dropdown filter within the categories.

I dont actually use the Manufacturer field to denote maker but for other crucial info which is very different depending on what type of product it is - these are consistent and logical within categories but not between them.

I find that buyers rarely use the Manufacturer filter dropdown because the default option is labelled "All Manufacturers" with other options below. Can I change this text to "All Types" which will make more sense for the way I use this.

This way, when buying saw blades, they can use the options to filter out on blade diameter, OR when buying gemstones, they can use the options to select on colour, for example. People just dont do this when they think it is about manufacturers.

Have found some threads (including this one) on how to rename the title of the Manufacturer Sidebox but not how to change this text within the drop down box.

Any pointers for me? Using 1.3.8 with a few mods (none significant) and only slightly modified template.

No reply to my question but after lots of searching in the forums, found the answer:

Lots of threads which I had already found on how to change the sidebar title but I could only find this one on how to change all mention of the word Manufacturer. Would assume quite a few people would need this and a few newbies like me wont have a clue how to do it - but it is easy.
