I have gift certificates set up correctly (as per the tutorial directions) and have had a customer succesfully order one and I have released it and can see it in her "GV Balance". It was a gift for another person. However, she also purchased another (physical) item that required shipping in the same order. Would she have received an email telling her how she can transfer her GV balance for this transaction? Where can I find record of that email (in the admin, on my email server)?
