How do you lose money? The Gift Certificate is cash ... so it is like I have:

Order for $100.00 ...
I use 10% off on a Coupon ...
I use $25 in GVs (that is cash) ...
I use $65 in PayPal ...

I got the whole $90.00 ...

Hi Linda and thank you for your speedy response. You are right. I guess what I'm trying to say is if I sent the Gift Certificate out to my Newsletter customers for free and they have 2 of them how can I keep them from using both at the same time.
