Almost done, need a bit of help

Hello, I've been trying on n off for sometime to get a new site up. I'm almost there, but there are several issues killing my time.
Currently using 1.3.8a. http://www.northamericanpride.com/sh...php?main_page= there's the link.

Issues:
The width of the red bar and centering the links.Top and bottom

Narrowing the space between the navigation links in the red bar. I know I adjusted it, but I can find it again.

The text "Store Front", where do I add the link, to make it a link, lol

On any product page, the forward n back buttons seems right on top of the product, where and how would I change that?

I already know the payment, shipping isn't working and I have to do the meta information. I'll do that after I get these loose ends taken care of.

Anyways, It's taken a crazy amount of time to learn this. So please don't send me to another post to look for answers. Please be as specific as possible.

You'll need to do some fiddling with margin and padding (and maybe height) in various places in your stylesheet. Install Firefox and the Web Developer plugin so you can see what's what.

The red bars, which are #navMain (mostly) look fine in Firefox 2.

The issues in the product info pages are also margin/padding things, and Web Developer will help out there, too.

'Store Front' is a link - it links to your store's home page, which happens to be blank.
