I apologize if this is in the incorrect forum or if I missed this while searching, but I have a user that when they use the send email feature in admin, and send to all customers, that the customers are able to see everyone'e emails.
Is this a known bug in 1.3.6? and is there a way to stop this?

I would upgrade the version to the latest version for zencart.
Also do a file compare in yourt template files in the over rides folders (if any).

No, that is not normal behavior, and the code has never been written to operate that way.

Might try a clean uncustomized install of both versions, and get them to try the feature there. Then take action based on those results.
