Has anyone created a quote form for zen cart?
I am looking for something like ***Url removed because of generated popups***

That is doable, but how it is setup would depend on what services/products the quote was for. Seems like it would have to be custom made to have the right fields.

A new define page might be to easiest thing to work with for something like this. Basically you can create a HTML form with all the fields you need, and then use PHP to submit the form and store the data.

There is a good tool in the downloads sections for creating define pages, and there are plenty of tutorials on the subject.
