where went wrong?

i have zencart 1.3.7 installed.

the problem occurs after user checking out and press the confirm button at step 3 of 3. (after checkout_confirmation and before checkout_process) the payment method has been choose.

I have moneyorder and paypal payment methods only.

The error as follows:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Where can i actually look in to correct this error? please advice. should i go into admin and delete both payment method and add back again?

This is really a question for your web host.

We've had similar problems recently with hosting accounts set up such that the highest permitted permissions levels for php files is 644, so setting them to 666 (which they often are by default) causes this type of internal server error.

But that's just one possible reason. Call your web host and have them look at their logs.
