Is it possible to have a user setup for zen cart that can only edit one page, and only one page of EZ pages.
Any help appreciated...

You can try Admin Profiles, but I don't think it'll allow you to restrict the user to only one EZ-page. I don't know if there's anything that'll be that detailed.
