I started adding images to my categories and the firsat one worked great...

Subsequent ones are coming out tiny...

The images are all the same size when I upload them.

I'm sure it is something simple I am missing. I have looked at a lot of threads and tried many of the suggestions but nothing seems to work.

I have adjusted the image sizes in CONFIGURATION>IMAGES
and it only affected the image that is the right size and the tine one is still tiny.
