I don't know if it is the section right, but I have this problem, I don't know why but some clients order on site (version 1.3.7) then proceed with payiment (bank transfer or credit card) but I don't see order.
I see payiment but not order so they call me.
I have installed various mod, for example recover cart sales, could it be that mod?
Please it is urgent

These sorts of problems are usually linked to the payment mod. Unfortunately you haven't told us which one the people whose orders you haven't received used.

Che modulo di pagamento ha utilizzato per ricevere i soldi per quei clienti i cui ordini non sono stati trattati?

Mi dispiace. Non sapevo che ci fosse uno IW Smile modulo di pagamento. Il mio italiano non è molto buona. Sta dicendo che lei ha avuto clienti che hanno pagato l'utente attraverso il modulo IW Smile * e * se il modulo di bonifico bancario per il quale gli ordini non sono stati creati?
Anche se è possibile scaricarlo da questo sito, il modulo di bonifico bancario non è uno standard Zen Cart modulo. Per questo modulo e recentemente aggiornato IW Smile modulo, si sarebbe bisogno di aiuto da parte di persone che li usano. hanno pagato tramite iwsmile ma io non ho visto l'ordine.
Altri clienti hanno pagato tramite bonifico bancario, ma io non ho visto l'ordine.
Avevo fatto installare la mod proprio da una persona del team zen cart italia
