Help on Promo-Code or Discounts!

Can I add a "Promotional Code:" for customers? The issue is that I must "hide" the real cost of the product from our Competition and allow the customer to add "Promotional Code:", so when they check-out the products the total price is "10% less" than if they did not place the "Promotional Code:".

Example: Cost Viewed by all: $25 | Place Promo-Code: XCT223 | Cost $19.50 total for that customer only.

Does anyone know if I can do this with v1.3.8? Either a "Promo or Discount".
