Yes I tried them both but it doesn't send anything... Only this red backgrounded error comes in to zen admin header top saying just 'header'.

but still having error with the date.. zen cart doesnt accept the date in yyyy/mm/dd or yyyymmdd or yyyy-mm-dd . changes it to a weird date..
also the addon does accept it as mmddyyyy
I'm getting No counties / zones specified for that country error all the time.. What have I've done wrong now?
I got rid off it by removing the state field.. Problem is that sometimes I'd need the state.. However not with all clients.. Can I somehow make it a optional field?

Have just added version 1.06 and have fixed the problems identified with the various fixes on this thread but I have another problem I cannot see a fix for.
I cannot view any customer data for customers that have been added. I am getting this error message when I try to view the customer details in admin.
1054 unknown Column 'customer_info_source_id' in 'field list' in:
[select customers_info_source_id from customers_info where customers_info_id = '10']
Added customers can log in, I just cannot view their customer details.
Can anybody advise on a fix for this ?
I just downloaded and added this mod (v1.06) and ran into the same issue and another. I found there were two fixes to issues posted earlier in this thread. These fixes never got rolled into a newer version.

I haven't seen a response to this problem, I am experiencing the same problem. Please can someone help, perhaps I am missing the post providing a solution. I am in SA and have tried everything including using the id number as well as the ISO codes in the CSV file, nothing works. I have even tried deleting all other countries from the countries table (I only need SA as we do not allow other countries)
