Yes, just installed latest version prior to posting my original post to try to remedy the situation. I've tried both part and entire file....getting error with both.
Ah ha! Finally someone else with the same error.
I've got another update on my own situation. I had someone else on a completely different computer and Internet connection try to upload a CSV file on one of my stores, and he got the same error message, so that eliminates the possibility that it had something to do with my Internet connection or anything else locally. He suggested that perhaps some program file was corrupted during an upload or download. It couldn't be one in this add-on since the issue occurred with both versions I tried, so it would have to be one of the original ZC files, perhaps one that controls file uploads. However, now that someone else is also having the same problem, I don't see how it could be that since the odds of someone else having the same file corruption is pretty remote.

If you mean a subdomain or one that's in a subdirectory off a main site, then the answer is no.

I just changed my PHP from 4 to 5 and now I don't get the error but now nothing happens. Just seems to process for a bit then brings me right back to the same page.
Lets see what Maureen has... PHP as a CGi can bring a world of special handling needs and could be the issue.

Eureka! I found the answer. I had been operating under the belief that two of the stores were PHP 5 because that's what it said in the cPanel. But I looked at the server info in Zen Cart, and it said that it was PHP 4. I emailed the host, and he told me that both versions are installed, and I can select which one I want. I went to cPanel and saw that it was set at System Default, so I selected PHP 5, and, now the Bulk Upload is working! Yahoo!
The servers for the other two stores I was testing are PHP 4, and it appears that I don't have the option of changing them, but since the real store is on the one that's now PHP 5, that's okay.
You might want to add a note to the install file that the add-on must have PHP 5 in order for the Bulk Upload to work.
BTW, I know that on the two stores that are now working, the PHP is set to CGI. I'm uncertain about the others. Do you still need all the rest of the info?
