Stock By Attributes not auto-updating quantities

I have my Stock by Attributes add-on set up to keep track of quantity of items per size. It was working fine in the beginning but I recently noticed it stopped updating the product quantities when people order a product. I have been manually updating the quantities each time now.... Why would this be happening?

However I have just spent an hour looking through those topics for a problem like mine and cannot find one...
This isn't the first time i've searched for it either.. I wouldn't have posted if i didn't look first ;)

Can anyone help me out or send me a link or something? I'm tired and 50+ pages per topic is just way too insane to dissect
