Can't log into my Control Panel

Hi All,

Can't seem to log into my control panel. I can access my Zen Cart Admin area and my web page, however. The only thing I did different is that I created a Sitemap.xml to be submitted... but I was logged off when I did so. Can this of had an effect on me not being able to get into my CP now?

I've emailed my website service provider in the meantime (allthough have not recieved a reply yet)

oops...it's up now...must of been a problem on their end. thanks anyway!!
