    help question UPS 3 Day Select issue

    Hello all,

    I need remove the "3Day Select" from UPS on my Zen Cart.

    I've UNchecked the option in the shipping modules section, I even clicked the "remove" button to un=-install UPS shipping from the cart, but it's still showing up.

    Any help would be great.

    I cannot repeat your this issue ...

    I uncheck it ... it goes away ...

    What settings do you see in the Modules ... Shipping ... on the UPS Shipping Module if you click on it and look on the right hand panel?

    I actually uninstalled it completely and it's still showing.

    Even if you UNINSTALL it ... it is going to show in the Admin so that you can INSTALL at a later time ...

    Now, if you go to the Catalog ... do you see the UPS shipping module?

    NOTE: you also appear to have Zone Table installed ... what does the language file read for that and perhaps does it read 3 Day on it?

    Hello again,

    Yes, it still shows on the customer end as UPS shipping.

    The Zone Table that is active is actually a plugin I got for Zone Tbale rates.

    The language file you're speaking of, where would it be located so I can check for you?

    On the Catalog you see the UPS 3 Day ...

    Can you cut and paste here "exactly" what you are seeing or post an URL to your site so we can see this?

    If it reads: 3 Day

    Can you go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box type in:
    3 Day

    and search the Catalog ...

    What files does that show up in?

    Hello again,

    You last reply allowed me to figure it out.

    I installed the Multicart manager plugin so there was a seperate config file with shipping info in it.

    I just edited that file and Viola!
