Installation of Module Manager

I'm trying to install this module manage add-on. The instruction said it's so simple by just copying all the files into the same directory on web. I've done so, but nothing happened. Have any install this successfully? Any extra thing require attention?

I've copy these files to these directories:

admin => zen-cart root\admin
includes => zen-cart root\includes
doc => zen-cart root\doc


I am a newbie on zen-cart, please give a helping hand....thank you so much.

I dont remember if the version on zen download section is newest, if you get any problem please get it from here
