Importing customer db

I made a new backup of the original database and replaced it with the one I tried to upgrade.

The I ran the installer again and tried to upgrade.
Now I got this message:

SKIPPED: Cannot ALTER or INSERT/REPLACE into table linkpoint_api because it does not exist. CHECK PREFIXES!

Is this something I have to worry about?

I seem to remember something about the linkpoint payment gateway module and upgrading, i think you need to write down your linkpoint settings disable the module then upgrade, then bring the module back on line, try that, or it upgraded and now you have to fix your linkpoint module!

If you're not using the linkpoint payment module, you can ignore that message about its table not existing.
