Help with Products not showing when clicking onto main category

Hi there, not sure of this is possible or not, but we have created main categories and sub categories. When you click onto the main category link you dont see any products. You have to click onto the sub category to see the products.

Is it possible to set it so that when you click onto a main category, all the products in the sub categories show?

HI. Go back into categories and be sure each category and product is green not red.

That is an easy miss.

Thanks for the reply, I did check all the categories and sub categories, all are in green.

When I view the navigation, the main and sub categories all show. It's only when you click into a main category that no products show. I then have to click onto a sub category to view the products in there.

Do you have products in your main category or just sub categories?, you should not have products and sub categories in the same space!

If you put products and sub categories in the same space you should have got an error message!

Hi, I am also having trouble with some of my products not showing up in the category, such as "ebay templates and storefronts"
