    help question Why are download links now going to pub/.ldjwbkmebrsjuijsg????

    Heck, darned if I know what's happened. Might be a busted db recovery, but my customers are logging into their account history, clicking on the downloads and getting a '404 not found' error, because the download link is suddenly

    myshop/pub/.ldjwbkmebrsjuijsg

    Something to do with redirect, but where do I change this setting? TIA for any help!!

    Ok further to my previous post, I've disabled redirect, but now I'm getting 'could not download because source file could not be read' error, even though download manager is showing all the files, green lights and all and I can successfully download them via ftp and cpanel..eeek....now what?!

    Just in case somebody else has the same issue, I disabled GZip compression in admin/configuration and my downloads are now working :)
