HELP Locked out of Zencart

Either I don't remember my admin ID or it is not accepting it.

I can request a new password, which I also needed, but the email does not show the admin name.

It's been almost a year since I was on the admin account.

my documentation seems correct for all other logins but this one is giving me problems.

I get this message from PhpMyAdmin #1146 - Table 'eloycruz_zencart.admin' doesn't exist

You can look at the admin table of your database it will show the email address to your admin accounts.

I did that and ther email is correct correct. The program does send me a new password, but it does not work.

This problem is usually caused by using mysql5 with zc v1.2.x. If this problem has recently shown up after your site has been working with no problems, then the likelihood is that your Host has upgraded mysql. If that is the case then I would be complaining to my host.

Mysql5 uses a much stricter SQL interpreter and some queries in ZC v1.2.7 and earlier will fail. Fixes were introduced into ZC v1.3.x to fix this.
