Order Restrictions

I have a client who does want international orders however due to a number of issues those would be better handled another way.

But we want to know how do we stop orders from being taken if the person ordering or shipping to outside of the USA or Canada.

That one size fits all answer didn't help... can you expand on that please.

I read the site rules and I found nothing in the FAQ or tutorials about stopping orders from outside the zones I wish to allow orders from.
