It is a customized template, it is probably not available any where for download.

I like the extra multi images for the products and the enlarge function which can be resized +/- by just klicking on the image , is that possible to have that on my zencart?

Anything is possible; you need to go looking through the Free Addons to see if mods for those functions are available there. If you can't find free versions, you may need to post in the Commercial Help Wanted forum to get someone to write it for you.

Multiple product images are a basic feature of Zen Cart. Look in the tutorials for instructions on using them.

None of them really resemble plastique monkey, but on the other hand, that site's effect is achieved though well-executed simplicity and the quality of the designer's wife's images, rather than by customisation of the template itself.
