Ok I setup a zencart for a client, as far as I know her and I are the only ones with access to her site! Well she went in yesterday and it would not accept her username or password, I had the same problem on my end. Now mind you neither one of us have changed it. So we filled out the form to have a new password sent to her and it has been over 36 hours and we have not received that email. I really do not want to have to reload her zencart as she has ALOT of downloadable graphics I will had to redo!
Can someone offer me some suggestions on where we go from here!
