Hi there, can anyone help me please!

I am trying to set up a photo restoration website using Zen Cart and
would like to allow customers to upload their image on the site and then fill in a message box with their requirements which I would receive via email so I can give them a quote.

Does anyone know how to do this, or if it can be done?
